LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN – FOREMAN TRAINEE

Location: Whitefish, MT
Pay: $29–$34/hour DOE
Season: April–October (with winter break)

This position is designed for someone who wants to build a leadership career in landscaping while living in one of the most incredible outdoor communities in the country.

You’ll work hands-on installing high-end landscapes while learning how to lead crews, plan work, and step confidently into a future Foreman role.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Execute advanced landscape installations
• Learn how jobs are planned and run
• Support the foreman with crew leadership
• Lead portions of installs under supervision
• Track time and materials accurately in LMN
• Mentor and support other technicians
