Key Responsibilities

 Operational Leadership: Oversee daily field operations, ensuring all

maintenance contracts are executed with precision and efficiency.

 Crew Development: Train crew members on industry best practices, safety

protocols, and equipment handling to ensure a top-tier finished product.

 Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for process improvement and service

expansion to help take the company to the "next level."

 Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and staff,

resolving issues with professionalism and a "can-do" attitude.

 Resource Management: Manage schedules, equipment maintenance, and

material inventory with extreme organization.

What You Bring to the Table

 Proven Experience: A strong background in professional landscape

maintenance is a must. You know the difference between "done" and "done

right."

 Leadership Chops: Excellent communication skills and the natural ability to

lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.

 Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to effectively

communicate with our entire team and client base.

 Organizational Mastery: You are a master multitasker who stays cool under

pressure and never lets a detail slip through the cracks.

 Growth Mindset: You aren't satisfied with the status quo; you want to improve

systems and help the business thrive.

Requirements

 Experience in landscape management.

 Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

 Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

 Proficiency in scheduling software or basic office tech.
