Design Sales Consultant

Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a well-established landscape company in Langhorne, PA to hire a Design Sales Consultant. This role owns the full sales cycle on inbound landscape design and installation leads — primarily residential homeowners and HOA communities — on projects ranging from $10,000 to $500,000+.
Inbound Leads. Real Upside. No Hand-Holding.
You’ll receive a steady flow of 2–3 qualified leads per day. Your job is to go out, consult, estimate, design when needed, close, and hand off clean to the installation team.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify 2–3 inbound leads daily, primarily residential homeowners and HOA communities
- Conduct on-site consultations, assess scope, and build client relationships in person
- Develop accurate estimates and compelling proposals independently and with speed
- Create landscape designs when project scope requires it
- Present and close proposals on projects ranging from $10,000 to $500,000+
- Execute structured project handoffs to the installation team with clear scope documentation
- Track all leads, proposals, and activity in Aspire (company ERP/CRM)
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of selling and closing landscape design and installation projects — proven closers only
- Hands-on technical experience in outdoor spaces: paver installation, landscape installation, and irrigation systems — hard requirement, not a plus
- Robust plant palette knowledge — must confidently guide clients through plant selection, design aesthetics, and site suitability
- Ability to estimate and design independently; CAD or landscape design software experience is a plus
- Strong in-person consultative selling skills — comfortable walking a property and closing on-site or shortly after
- Proficiency in Aspire or a comparable landscape/field services ERP platform — required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record — required
- Self-managed and high-output; this role requires consistent daily production without oversight

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 DOE
- Variable Compensation: Aggressive comp tied to closed project volume and revenue
- On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ conservatively; this role is built for top earners with real upside
