Landscape Foreman / Project Manager

What We’re Looking For
Greenscape Outdoors is looking for a dependable Landscape Project Manager / Foreman to help lead residential landscape and outdoor living projects in the St. Louis West County area. We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, leads by example, and takes pride in doing quality work the right way.

This role is for someone who can help manage day-to-day jobsite operations while also being willing to work alongside the crew when needed. Experience in landscaping, grading, planting, sod, drainage, edging, retaining walls, and general outdoor construction is a major plus. The right person should be comfortable communicating with the owner, directing laborers, keeping projects moving efficiently, and maintaining a professional attitude on site.

We want someone who is reliable, motivated, respectful, and able to handle responsibility. A valid driver’s license, jobsite awareness, and the ability to operate equipment or oversee quality installs are all valuable. This can be a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term growth with a company that is continuing to build momentum.
