Position Overview

Brooks Landscape is hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead installation and maintenance crews across residential and commercial projects in Northern Colorado. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a job site, manage a crew, and deliver clean, high-quality work without constant oversight.

You’ll be responsible for executing projects efficiently, maintaining job site standards, and ensuring your crew performs at a high level day in and day out.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 2–4 person crew on landscape installation and maintenance projects
• Read plans, execute layouts, and ensure jobs are completed to spec
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites
• Communicate clearly with management on job progress, materials, and timelines
• Train and develop crew members to improve performance and accountability
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively

Requirements

• 3+ years of landscape installation or maintenance experience
• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong understanding of grading, irrigation, planting, and general landscape construction
• Ability to read plans and problem-solve in the field
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of projects
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
