Landscaping Account Manager - Commercial

Compensation: $85,000 Annually

Ascape Landscape & Construction is looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients and help drive long-term customer success.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients—building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You'll partner closely with our Production team to ensure client expectations are met while helping clients enhance and improve their properties. We offer a competitive compensation package with a base annual salary of $85,000 commensurate with experience, and opportunities for commission incentive, resulting in overall total compensation potential of 105,000+ annually. Benefits include health coverage after 90 days, a 401(k) with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication
  • Conduct regular property visits and site audits
  • Identify and sell enhancement opportunities, plant replacements, seasonal color, drainage improvements, and more
  • Support contract renewals and help maintain high client retention
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality and follow-through
  • Help uncover referrals and adjacent-property opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management, client service, property management, landscaping, or a related service industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
  • Comfortable walking properties and discussing site conditions with clients
  • Landscape industry experience is a plus, but not required
