Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new revenue growth and expand our commercial client base. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing new business across our service areas.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in commercial landscaping and related services
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and commercial clients
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of generating new business and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or service-based industries is a must
