Responsibilities

• Operate 2-cycle handheld equipment including string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers

• Mow lawns using walk-behind and ride-on mowers

• Edge walkways, driveways, and landscape beds

• Blow and clean debris from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and work areas

• Trim hedges and shrubs as directed by the crew leader

• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and trailers

• Perform basic cleanup and property detailing after service is completed

• Maintain equipment in clean and working condition; report any damage or issues

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or management

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida heat and weather conditions for extended periods

• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday

• Reliable transportation to and from the work site

• Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from a crew leader
• Consistently shows up for work on time at the assigned location. If unable to work, notifies the Supervisor immediately.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
