Plant Health and Turf Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced Plant Health & Turf Manager to lead plant health care and turf management operations for a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties in the Nashville area.

Compensation & Benefits for our client’s Plant Health & Turf Manager:

· $65,000–$75,000 starting annual salary, based on experience

· Generous PTO

What We're Looking For:

· 3+ years of experience in plant health care, turf management, or commercial landscape maintenance.

· 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

· Commercial Pesticide Applicator License.

· Strong knowledge of plant identification, turfgrass management, insect and disease diagnosis, and irrigation practices.

· Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Plant Science, or a related field preferred.

What You'll Do:

· Develop and manage customized plant health and turf care programs.

· Diagnose and treat insects, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, weeds, and environmental stress using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.

· Oversee fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and turf renovations.

· Lead mosquito, mole, and armadillo management programs.

· Conduct property inspections, prepare treatment recommendations, and build strong client relationships.

· Supervise, train, and support field technicians while ensuring safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

· Other duties as assigned.
