Landscape Foreman

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of landscape foreman or crew leadership experience and be capable of leading crews while ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.

Duties

• Supervise and lead a landscape installation crew.
• Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail on all work performed.
• Train and mentor crew members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.
• Ensure equipment and job sites are maintained in a safe and organized manner.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Landscape Foreman or in a landscape leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
