We’re looking for an enthusiastic, local, hardworking graduate who is eager to learn, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in horticulture.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with an experienced professional, receive hands-on mentoring, and develop the technical and leadership skills needed to advance into a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain beautiful residential gardens.
- Plant, prune, weed, mulch, edge, fertilize, and perform seasonal garden maintenance.
- Learn advanced horticultural techniques and plant identification.
- Assist with landscape installations and garden enhancement projects.
- Develop the skills to manage projects and lead crews as your experience grows.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Horticulture, or a related field.
- Passion for plants and exceptional gardens.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to perform the physical, hands-on work that is essential to becoming an outstanding horticulturist.
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
