We are a well-established garden design, installation and maintenance company located in Wyndmoor, PA. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial landscapes. We are looking for an enthusiastic, local, hardworking individual who is eager to learn, enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in horticulture.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with an experienced professional, receive hands-on mentoring and training, and develop the technical and leadership skills needed to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain beautiful residential gardens.
• Plant, prune, weed, mulch, edge, fertilize, and perform seasonal garden maintenance
• Learn advanced horticultural techniques and plant identification
• Assist with landscape installations and garden enhancement projects

Qualifications

• Experience with Horticulture or related field, preferred, but not necessary
• Passion for plants and exceptional gardens
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to perform the physical, hands-on work that is essential to becoming an outstanding horticulturist
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license preferred
