Mow Crew Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside a mowing crew
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, cleanly, and to a high standard
• Operate and maintain mowing equipment properly
• Communicate clearly with the team and management
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every job site

What we’re looking for:

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience (crew lead experience a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lead by example and keep a crew productive
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
