Background

Prestige Whitefield pre-launch Evergreen is scheduled to launch in 2024. It is now in the pre-launch stage. It will take four years from the launch date to complete the project. Possession and occupancy are from December 2028 onwards. The pre-launch lets investors buy early and helps the builder raise money before getting all approvals.
